Compound shapes produce blurry edge

Two rectangle shapes are identical, except that the stroke is distorted on the left example, due to combination of a second shape. You can check psd file http://d.pr/f/Uao

You're getting an antialiased edge - that's normal.

Which product are you using, and which version?

I am using 14.0. Why is it normal? stroke should follow the edge of the vector shape, and the edge is not a half pixel

The edge you show is not on a pixel boundary, so it is antialiased. Again, that is perfectly normal and completely expected.
The main box only shows a lack of antialiasing because the size of it was snapped to the pixel grid.
