Photoshop: Edit > Stroke... dialog doesn't retain color

Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.0 20180920.r.24 2018/09/20: 1193433  x64. Windows 10.

I make a selection, open the Stroke dialog, click the color swatch to set a color. I then apply that color as a stroke to the selection. The next time I bring up the dialog, the color is back to black, forcing me to set the color again. This is wasting my time.
The version before this update remembered the color across docs & quits/relaunches.

It's working as expected for me. When you change colors in the Stroke window, is your foreground color changing in the toolbar?

When I choose the color in the color picker and click to return to the Stroke dialog, it does not change. As soon as I click OK to apply it, that color becomes the foreground color. I don't remember the last version making the selected color the foreground color.

Any chance you could make a screen recording so we can watch your steps to try and replicate?
