designing a published services metadata checkboxes dynamically created as smart folders are created in publishing services: the situation is that we often use keywords to help populate the Collections which is great. I like that and I also create a series of smart folders in publishing services that are even more selective, so generally I use something like tags in the caption field to cause images I need processed in a specific manner for different published needs and requirements (portfolio, collaborative, licensing, etc).
Would it be reasonable to create a metadata for published services that would create a list of the smart folders that exist in the published services as we create them, such that simply checking a box next to that metadata item would tag the photo and could be also used in the smart folder rules to make it a simple process to update those smart folders automatically as those items are checked in their respective metadata. Selecting multiple photos in grid view could also be mass tagged in similar manner.
I think it would be a 'smarter' method than also using keywords which aren't dynamically created or removed as services would be added or deleted.
