Strange type tool bug

This bug was only temporary, but I found it strange enough that your QA team might be interested.

When I typed things using the type tool, it typed out the thing that I had just previously intended it to type, or the thing that I just backspaced. For example: let's say I backspace the letter "a", then type out "hello". When I typed the h, the a appeared; when I typed the e, the h appeared; so on, so forth, so on the screen I would see "ahell" instead of "hello".

I'm using Photoshop CS6 on Mac OS X v10.7.3. I had tried restarting Photoshop, then restarting the computer, but the problem didn't go away. Eventually the problem just disappeared for no apparent reason.

This one is odd... I'm not sure I've ever seen something like this. Even a reboot didn't fix it?
Does it happen with all fonts?

Any way to get it to reproduce?

We made some changes to the type engine with 13.0.1... Make sure you've updated

Also, Apple fixed several type related OS bugs in 10.7.4 -- so you probably need to pick up the OS updates (you should be on 10.7.5).
