Strange white boxes over design

Photoshop CC 2015 has been exhibiting weird rendering behavior that requires a reboot to remedy. It starts with random rectangular area of white persisting over my design. I've hidden every layer except the background it and persists, I've also tried changing monitors and panning around the design.

If I zoom in or out at this point, the area around the canvas goes to white and it appears like anti-aliasing stops working (it gets really pixellated looking).

(My workspace is set to dark grey)

I'm using a Mid 2014 MacBook Pro on OS X 10.10.2 and Photoshop CC 2015.0.1 20150722.r.168 x64 if it helps.
