Can you give us an example of one of these daily emails? There generally shouldn't be any emails being sent to you by us in regards to Photoshop Elements. Unless you have downloaded a trial, then you will get 2 or 3 during the 30 day life of your trial (definitely not daily emails)

Constance, we'd like to help you, but you'll need to give us more information. As Brett asks, we're trying to ascertain where the emails are coming from. Are they marketing emails? Are they emails from other users in the Elements user to user community forum?

Until you give us more information about where these emails are coming from, we can't help.

Please answer Brett and Jeff's questions about where the emails are coming from.

Photoshop Elements is an application - it can't create email.

This is the right place, but you have to tell us where the email is coming from before we can figure out why you are getting so much of it.

As Brett and Jeff said, this could be from several different places - none of which should be sending a lot of mail, and all of which should be unsubscribeable.

So, once you tell us more about the email and where it is coming from, we can help stop the email. But first you have to tell us where the email is coming from.

Dear People, I can't tell you where the E-mails are comeing from, I ONLY KNOW THAT EACH E-MAIL HAS PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS AT THE START OF EVERY E-MAIL. Since my last post, I have received more of them, about 30 more.

And you still haven't answered any of our questions.

Please, just paste the text of one of the emails here so we have some idea what email you're talking about.

Constance,

I had our user community admin look into your issue. It appeared you had two accounts that you used for accessing our user community forums and had email notifications turned on for both accounts. Our admin turned these off for you. Let us know if you're still having trouble.

TOTALLY AGREE. IT SEEMS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND WHERE ON THIS FORUM TO TURN THESE EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OFF. THIS IS NOT A VERY USER FRIENDLY SITE OR FORUM.
