Pete Bobb: I am disappointed to learn that one of my favorite Software companies advertises on FOX Skews which is well known for presenting biased 'news' and regularly lies to their viewers.

Pete Bobb: How do I register my disappointment?

Shreyas: Sorry for the wait. Please do stay online.

Pete Bobb: OK

Shreyas: Thanks.

Shreyas: May I know the software that you are referring to?

Pete Bobb: I have owned each version of PhotoShop from V 3.0 through CS5.

Pete Bobb: I have Lightroom 3.5

Pete Bobb: I have several others as well

Pete Bobb: FOX News does not represent my views and I would like to register my protest of Adobe financing FOX.

Shreyas: I will be glad to check and help you with this.

Shreyas: Please give me 2-3 minutes while I check on this.

Pete Bobb: OK

Shreyas: Thanks for staying online. Could you be more specific on this issue? why you are disappointed?

Pete Bobb: Some people were surprised when I mentioned that FOX won its Court Case allowing them to deliberately lie to their viewers. On February 14, a Florida Appeals court ruled there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, concealing or distorting information by a major press organization. The attorneys for Fox, owned by media baron Rupert Murdoch, argued the First Amendment gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the public airwaves. The court did not dispute the heart of Akre's claim, that Fox pressured her to broadcast a false story. False things that Fox Viewers believe: • 91% believe that the stimulus legislation lost jobs. • 72% believe that the health reform law will increase the deficit. • 72% believe that the economy is getting worse. • 60% believe that climate change is not occurring. • 49% believe that income taxes have gone up. • 63% believe that the stimulus legislation did not include any tax cuts. • 56% believe that Obama initiated the GM/Chrysler bailout. • 38% believe that most Republicans opposed TARP. • 63% believe that Obama was not born in the US (or that it is unclear). UPDATED: Fox Reverses Poll Results To Falsely Claim Most Americans Favor Ending Collective Bargaining Brian Kilmeade claimed, along with an on-screen graphic, that a recent USA Today/Gallup poll found that "61 percent" of Americans are in favor of taking away collective bargaining rights from public unions. In fact, Fox aired the results of the poll completely backward: the Gallup poll found that 61 percent of Americans are opposed to taking away collective bargaining rights. http://mediamatters.org/research/2011...

Pete Bobb: FOX Skews lies to Americans turning their viewers into Domestic Terrorists and ignorant racists.

Pete Bobb: How is this relevant to you telling me how to register a protest?

Shreyas: I'll be right with you.

Shreyas: Thank you for waiting. One moment please.

Shreyas: I am checking on this.

Shreyas: Thanks for staying online. I appreciate your patience. I will provide you the link. In that link please select " Feedback".

Shreyas: Please click on this.

Shreyas: You can submit your feedback to Adobe through this link.

Pete Bobb: That link does nothing but bring me back to the screen that led to me discussing this with you.

I didn't ask what some website said: I asked where you saw Adobe advertising on Fox? I need specific details to notify our advertising department so they can chase down the offending ad on TV, radio, or web. Normally our policies would prevent placement of advertising on such channels, but if something got mixed up we need to know where.
