Still getting crashes when editing shapes in Photoshop CC 14.1.2 (Video example included)

Here's the PSD:
Here's a video example of the crash:

1. Open CrashTest.psd
2. Choose the Direct Selection tool (white arrow)
3. Select the bottom 2 anchor points of the layer named "Vertical" as if you were going to resize it vertically. This is the 1px wide light grey rectangle towards the middle of the document.
4. Hit the down arrow on your keyboard and it should crash immediately.

I am still getting crashes when editing certain shapes. Yes, the recent PS 14.1 update solved the majority of shape editing crash issues, but I am still getting constant crashing in this example. This seems to happen when editing shapes from an older PSD created within the last 6 months. I don't want to have to recreate shapes just to avoid these errors.
