Still receiving emails at old address after updating email address

After changing my email address to a new one, some weeks ago, I still am getting emails from Adobe, including at my old email address! To log onto, interestingly, I need to use my new email address.

I have called Adobe Support about this problem at least twice and once, I was told a Manager would give me a call but they did not.

Adobe should make it easy to change a person's email address--so they can receive emails at the new one. How can this be finally resolved?
