Photoshop CS6: Can't find Oil Paint filter

As much as Jeffrey promised as per the words below, I still can not find the oil paint plug in.

Please help!! What do I do next.

Did you install CS6 or CC? After you install the prior version, make sure you launch the prior version (CS5 or CC) and not CC 2014.
