Standardised shortcuts in Adobe applications

This actually applies to all adobe programs, but since I can't find a place to give general feedback online, I'll post it here with the hope, that something happens.

So the Idea goes like this:

Adobe makes an additional keyboard shortcut set in every adobe program called "Adobe standardised" or something like that. This set of shortcuts is standardised in a way so similar actions in different adobe applications have the same shortcut.

An example of shortcut differences now:

You want to create a new layer in photoshop:
Shortcut is: Ctrl + Alt + Shift + N (PC) and Cmd + Alt + Shift + N (Mac)

You want to create a new layer in illustrator:
Shortcut is: Ctrl + L (PC) and Cmd + L (Mac)

The list of such cases is very long, so it would be cool if users had the option of choosing a set of shortcuts which is more standardised. People who have become too used to the original shortcuts of each program can keep those if they wish.

Kind regards
