Got new Workstation to replace win 8 laptop. Cuurently have win 7 ultimate installed(looking to update to win 8 if this isn't fixed)

Everything that involves paiting/strokes being the brush/pencil,pen tools work very slowly or freeze photoshop for a while. Also my SSD gets full because of that. Have to close PS to clear space. I have 130GB free and it fills up in seconds....

Hope you got me.

My specs are

Z77 Mpower Mobo
I7 3770k
Samsung Evo 250GB SSD
8 GB RAM
2x GTX 780 MSI Lightning(not sli, it ain't a gaming pc)

If this is a bug it should be fixed AOSP, I can't use PS to paint at all. It's useless.

Double check the size of the document you are using. It sounds like you are trying to paint into a huge document (like if you mixed up pixels and inches).
