Spot removal tool is becoming more and more powerful and give and take I can now retouch almost 90% of problems in LR instead of momery and time costly exporting to PS.

I would suggest (at least) adding option to rotate source/target of spot removal, so that I can retouch curved edges.

Drag the spot while holding down the mouse and "draw" around the corner. Might have to use a smaller diameter brush to avoid picking up too much of the surrounding area. Does that help?

Thanks for reply but nope :-). I know this feature of cource. I meant something different.

Forget about curved edges for a moment and imagine you have just black and white photo with ONLY two colors - full black and full white. Background is black and there is a white line running across the photo. Part of the line runs horizontally, other part runs diagonaly. Unfortunately the horizontal line has dents all over it (i.e. it is serrate for example). I would like to repair that horizontal line, which would be very easy, if there was just a small part of the horizontal line, which was OK and I can "spot removal" it over the dented line. But unfortunatelly there is only diagonal line, which is OK. So the only thing I am missing is the ability to rotate source(or target) spot to match the angle. Damn easy in photoshop, clone stamp has the ability to rotate.

Got it? :-)

That example can be mapped to many many real applications (car outlines, dresses, body parts, whatever) and would be a real help in LR.
