Workflow for my six day field trip1. Raw files shot on LUMIX TZ802. Multiple uploads to IPad Pro using the Apple SD Card reader (no internet connection available)3. Basic edits etc carried out while offline in Lightroom CC on the IPad4. Return to base with internet connection restored5. Lightroom CC starts uploading. After each file has uploaded, the files in cloud storage AND THOSE ON THE IPAD are all converted to jpg. Raw files appear to have been deletedThis is not funny and it is certainly not worth £9.99 per month!. I want my raw files back. I am attaching a screenshot. The surviving raw files are at the bottom of the screen, saved by my having paused syncing. So at present, I am also unable to use any of the cloud functionality. This is a nasty bug and I hope you will not just ignore it.ThanksPeter

I have just dug into this more deeply and it would appear that the offline angle might be a red herring.

All of the raw files that I have shot on the TZ80 since mid February (18 Feb) have been converted to jpg. Images shot on 7 Feb and before have survived in raw format (see attached image). Of the spontaneously converted files, some appear to have been duplicated too with one copy showing the original version and the other the edited.

Files shot on my OM-D E-M1 appear to have been spared.

Ok. Apologies. Please ignore me. This was an issue with the camera settings switch between capture quality settings across different modes. I just pressed the panic button on uploads exactly at the point of a mode switch. Sorry for time wasting ...

I have a similar problem. I shot pix in raw only on my D610 and put them on Apple Photos. They are clearly identified as neff (or raw) on Photos. When I add them to LRCC they become jpg. Fortunately I noticed it before I did a mass import.
Thanks,
Richard

Thanks, I solved the issue. I found a person with a similar problem on the Apple forum.

I set up a new folder on my desktop, then from Apple Photos I selected the pictures I wanted.

Next, I file/exported the pictures in "Original" format.to the new folder.

It was easy then to import/add the photos to LRCC.
