Special/diacritic characters in folder names on Windows and Mac.

There is subtle problem with folder names containing regional diacritic characters (i.e. polish, i.e Poznan as city name where last n is "ń" pronounced as french "...gne"). Windows version of LR 3.5 (also 3.6RC) creates correct folder names and those folders are also properly presented on Mac in Finder. You can use (create, rename, move) special characters in names using Finder on Mac or Explorer on Windows. Both systems present those characters correctly and also Windows version of LR does. But version 3.5 and 3.6RC of LR on Mac have problem with those names. When you synchronize folder all it's name is duplicated in LR, the "n" is encoded differently. Files in old "correct" folder are missing and the new "badly encoded name" folder is created. When you open such catalog back in Windows then it's clear that font encoding has been changed.
