Premiere Clip: Soundtrack sync error tap the cloud

Please, how could I add a music to my clip? The error doesn't allow to add it.

Hi Amparo,
Sorry for this frustrating issue. This sounds like a problem related to syncing across devices, but we do need more info to confirm the issue.

If you started the project on one device and is trying to open on another, it's possible that the soundtrack never uploaded completely from the first device.

Try this: open the project on the original device, wait for the Cloud icon to stop animating, and then try again on the secondary device.

If that does not solve the issue, can you tell us where the soundtrack came from (iTunes, our stock tracks, another device, etc. )?
