Sorting the Portfolio album by date added, reverse order, newest first or however you want to call it

I would like to have the option of sorting the Portfolio album by date added, reverse order, newest first or however you want to call it, just that I can have the latest photos I add to album sorted newest on top. Nothing I've tried so far seems to be working , so far... Thank you!

P.S.

if there is such (working) option, my apologies and I kindly ask whoever can explain the procedure to me...

If the album was imported into Portfolio from the Lightroom cloud, you can set the preferred order using the Display tab in the LR Web app....see this recent thread: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/maintain-order-of-photos-when-exporting-album-to-portfolio-adobe-com

I assume you're referring to the Adobe Myportfolio website? If you import a LR album it imports it in the exact sort order you have it in the collection, which of course has to be synced with the cloud. This wasn't always the way it worked, but it was fixed to work this way a few versions ago.
