I believe the camera matching profiles are the problem (so profiles like 'Camera Landscape'). I have the same camera and always use the Adobe profiles (like 'Adobe Landscape') and the results are great.

There are differences, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to see as far as "noise". Can you put circles or arrows on the screenshots to indicate what's up. The same area in several shots would be useful.

This should be fixed/better in Camera Raw 10.4/Lightroom 7.4. Let us know if you're seeing the improvement.
Will you please also provide a fix/update (or just fixed camera profile files) for Lightroom 6? I'm having issues with both noise and color cast with A7R III in Lightroom 6.14. I bought Lightroom 6 recently just to get A7R III support and I won't be going into the subscription model of LR7.
