Photoshop: Something is seriously wrong with my computer

This is the second time in a week that my creative cloud has messed up. First it disappeared and now I cannot even work in PS. I am on a Windows 10 OS, I updated my graphic driver a few days ago because I thought that was the problem. Below are screenshots of what is happening. I also did ctrl + alt + R on Creative Cloud and still cannot seem to fix the problems.

This is what I see when I open PS and the other is a message I received about Bridge which I didn't even open.

Lastly is the log collector information.

Someone please help me I a paid for a program I can't use and I am constantly having issues with.

I asked a support agent to reach out to you directly on Thursday. Did you receive a call or email? I think your computer problems would be better served by working with support directly.

Yes she did hun, thank you. However she called just as I was leaving out of town which is my fault I told her any time after 10:00 a.m when I should have said anytime between 10-12
