i am so irritated. my elements was acting up so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and now it is saying that my trial is expired, but I have already purchased this product. whenever I re-installed it, I entered my serial number and installed the correct version! I have tried to talk to tech support but everytime they transfer me to someone different and eventually end the chat. im so irritated at this point, they don't even offer phone tech support and the internet chat tech support is complete crap. no one will help me figure this out. and I have clients that need their photos
