Photoshop: Some image file icons appear smaller than others in Finder (OS X 10.8.2)

I'm having a new problem with Photoshop CS 6.
As I create and save new files, they occasionally save with a much smaller icon.
This creates a problem for me when I want to print out a visual index of a job folder structure (to keep as reference material).

The example attached shows you what I'm talking about.

My computer specs are:

Mac Pro
Processor 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Memory 2 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB
Software OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)

ViewSonic Monitor
LCD display with Full HD 1080p resolution
15,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio

Thanks in advance for any help, advice, or inspiration!

Are the files the same size? Or is one set reduced?

This may be an OS issue with a bad thumbs cache.

Yes, the images are all the same size.

I was saving other images (to and from other folders) this morning, and they are all producing the properly-sized icons.

I realize this is Photoshop forum, and not at OS forum, but could you possibly point me in the right direction for help with thumbs cache issues?
