I don't know how the problem happened, and I can't find a good way to reproduce the problem.

The situation is as follows. In some cases (perhaps one time recovering from sleep? But far more than this), all Photoshop CC menus are grayed out and unavailable. Nothing can be done in the entire window - the inability to use the functions in the menu, the inability to use keyboard shortcuts, and the pressing of any button in the workspace do not respond, and the title bar of the dragging window cannot move the window. - At the same time, forced exit dialog, or the Activity Monitor app does not show that Photoshop CC is not responding. I guess it seems that there is a front window that makes the entire Photoshop window in modal view, but I didn't find more windows of PS when I using Mission Control.

PS is definitely in normal working condition, not unresponsive, but I can't do it.

I had to use forced exit to quit Photoshop, it didn't save any of my unsaved work.

By the way, I want to use macOS's native window management function whenever possible. If I use a native window, it is unlikely that the window will not move when the program responds normally - I can't even maximize the window, or, if so, if Being able to use the full screen feature of macOS will force all windows of the app to be prepended. I have encountered a similar situation, it is possible to save as a dialog box and the App main window is not on the same desktop, so that all menus are grey. This will cause great trouble to users.

App version
Photoshop 20.0.4
OS version
macOS 10.14.4
