Hi, I am a potential customer and am looking at photoshop for photo editing. Did try to download the trial version but had a problem. I was going to ask if the software could be posted to me on disc but don't see this option and don't see any email addresses to send this request.
So my idea is this, to implement the above to give potential customers easier access to your software.
I'm also not sure about customer support as I would like to be able to email queries but don't see this option if it is possible.

I have provided my email address, can somebody contact me please so I can give my address?

ps I also think the steps you have to go through just to get trial software is ridiculous. Surprised that a company would put so many barriers between its products and potential customers!

From the Trial FAQ:

How do I get a trial version?

You have two choices: Download a trial version of an individual CS5.5 product, such as Flash Professional CS5.5, or any of the Creative Suite 5.5 editions (for example, Design Premium) directly from the download pages at no charge. Or, purchase a trial DVD set of any of the Creative Suite 5.5 premium editions from the Adobe Store.

How much is a Creative Suite 5.5 trial DVD set?

Prices for the trial DVDs are listed in the following chart and include shipping and handling. This charge helps cover the cost of producing and distributing the DVD sets.

U.S. dollar (in U.S.) Euro Japanese yen British pound Australian dollar U.S. dollar (outside U.S.)
Design Premium US$9.99 €9.99 ¥1,500 £8.99 A$15.44 US$14.99
Web Premium US$9.99 €9.99 ¥1,500 £8.99 A$15.44 US$14.99
Production Premium US$9.99 €9.99 ¥1,500 £8.99 A$15.44 US$14.99
Master Collection US$14.99 €14.99 ¥2,300 £13.99 A$23.63 US$22.99

A DVD set can serve as your backup media if you choose to convert from trial to purchase at the end of 30 days. (Alternatively, you can choose to have a full product box delivered to you when you purchase, and simply use that serial number to convert the trial you already installed.)
