Adobe Elements 10 will not open. The Organizer 10 software license agreement pops up and when I click accept it continues to pop up over and over. It worked great for a month but have problem with my charging port connection which was causing power outage and shutting laptop off without shutting down properly.

I read somewhere else with a girl that had same problem and the response was to change user account or renew it. I was thinking with above problem that by shutting down improperly because of my bad charging port this may have caused user account to be corrupted thus causing photo shop adobe elements to not recognize me??? I am not a wiz so any help would have to be explained thoroughly, thanx in advance.

Activating the product in another user account could be a viable solution. This may even fix it so that you can return to your original account and it will continue to work. No harm it trying it out.

But you are right, having your computer shut down improperly, especially with applications open, can damage files, the hard disk, or even user permissions.

Yes, but that won't necessarily fix this issue.
