Soft Store - Accidentally Purchased an OEM Product

As of Sunday of last week, I had purchased and downloaded Adobe Premiere Elements 9 for my computer from your Soft Store site. http://www.photocreativeshop.com/prod... Unfortunately, I had recently discovered that it was an OEM Product, and cannot be unlocked properly without a serial number from OEM partners. After speaking with support on Adobe.com, I was told to contact the reseller for help. If possible, I'd like to know if any OEM partners can provide me with an Adobe serial number. If not, I'd like to know the steps I need to take to return the software and get my money back. Please respond as soon as possible.

Looks like some kind of fake store to me. The tabs at the top return error messages. Not sure you have any recourse except maybe with you credit card company.

That's not an Adobe store or site.
And Adobe does not have "OEM" software.

You just purchased pirated software.

Hmm... Well this sucks. In that case, should I contact piracy@adobe.com to see if they can help me?

You should definitely send an email to piracy@adobe.com. In the mean time you should also contact your credit card company (hoping you paid via credit card) and see if they can initiate a charge back. Hopefully you'll get your money back that way.
