What version of Photoshop are you using?
What OS version are you using?
What does the detailed crash report say?

First, you haven't installed the 2015.0.1 update - go do that now.

Second, you're crashing in your ATI/AMD video card driver, and need to update it from AMD's website.

The Creative Cloud app will show the updates for Photoshop.

And for AMD GPUs you go to AMD's website. If you have a second GPU in your system, you go to the website of that GPU maker as well.

Again, you are crashing in your ATI/AMD video card driver.
Downloading Photoshop will not help fix your video card driver.
You have to update your video card driver from AMD's website to pick up all the bug fixes.
