So I was using LR with GPU acceleration turned on for a couple years now. Bought a newer card a few months ago. No problem. Update Lightroom about a month ago, and now every sorting button (Star, flags, ect) causes the program to crash. Every bit of trouble shooting says turn off GPU acceleration. That worked. It's a bit choppy now, but it works. Here's the thing. Why do I have to turn off a feature that was working, because you guys Effed up? I'm not alone here. There are a lot customers with this problem. Enough to warrant a patch. I would understand if my card was too old, or too new. I get that. It's neither. It was working. You guys broke it. Fix it. Prophoto (what with their multithreaded support, faster capture features, and non subscription option) keeps looking better and better.

I take it you're on Windows. What graphics card/driver combo are you using? It may help if we could see your Lightroom System Info. Launch Lightroom, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.
