Smart Collections in Bridge need more Flexibility

I use mini bridge a lot and appreciate the ability to create smart collections in Bridge that I can quickly reference within photoshop when I am designing. However, it definitely needs to be more flexible. For example, I can create a smart collection with the following criteria:
Search (folder): Filename contains "tag" or "note" or "journal" or "strip."
My results return correct items, but also files with the word "cottage", "vintage" or "stripe" in the filename because they contain the words "tag" or "strip." I try to change the criteria to not include "stripe" or "cottage" but there is no way to do that without negating the above criteria. And some files have both the word cottage and tag in it, and then I'm be really messed up (where Cottage Chic is the design and in it there are files named Cottage Chic Tag)...
It would be great if there can be a hierarchy for conditions to be met. In my case a list of "contain any," and then a "but not" list. Somehow it needs a "doesn't contain (cottage) unless it also contains (tag)." At the very least the ability to "Look in" a smart collection or make a smart collection within a smart collection to rule out certain files.
