We work with Linked smart objects that we edit within illustrator and then transfer to Photoshop. Since the new 2018 Photoshop update, Smart objects does not update anymore. Not even Linked smart objects update to the new edited artwork. This is a huge problem as we cant send out our 3D artwork that Photoshop needs to generate for our clients. Please can someone help us with this problem.

Hi Dawid,

Sorry for the trouble with Smart Objects not updating in Photoshop CC 2018.
We haven't heard other reports of this being an issue for others, so not sure if it's local to your setup or widespread and not yet reported.

Have you updated to Photoshop CC 19.0.1?
Are you on Mac or Win?

How do you do the transfer from AI to PS? Copy/Paste? Or another workflow?
Could you provide more details of your workflow?

I’m having the same issue. I can send a screen capture to demonstrate if necessary.
