Smart Collection Filters Broken (is Cropped and Has Adjustments)

The Smart Collection filters are broken and not that smart.

Problems:
I made a smart collection of my 4 star uncropped photos so that I could go edit them with Is Cropped = false. As soon as I select a photo and click the crop button in develop mode the photo disappears making a bad crop, but I have yet to select the crop area or click "Done" to apply the change. The filter for Aspect Ratio is Square also updates too quickly before the change is made. Additionally the true/false logic of the Has Adjustments filter is backwards and does not seem to update after cropping. What gives!?

Filter Logic Request:
Additionally it would be nice to have expanded filter logic with AND and OR so we can apply  various rules that are not ALL of the following.

Crop Feature Request:
It would also be nice to be able to specify the number of pixels rather than aspect ratio when cropping like there is in photoshop. I would also like to be able to set a center point to pull the sliders around locked to that set point. I square photos a lot so it would be nice to be able to set square as the default crop aspect ratio so I don't have to click it each time.

Color Feature Request:
And I want more color labels! Why can't I add pink or black/white... or make up my own colors?

Thank you for your enthusiasm for the Lightroom family of products. For your Ideas to gain more prominent notice and have maximum impact with the team, there are a few things you could do to help.

Ideas, or feature requests as some call them, work like this on the Feedback Forum:  Each individual Idea is single post anchoring a thread. All of the people who have a similar idea and relate their rational will be merged into a single master post that contains all the comments on a single topic. This has a few advantages:

  1. It gives Adobe a place to accumulate votes (by either creating a thread that is merged into the master thread or by hitting the [Me Too] button in the upper right corner. Adobe can see at a glance, search for, and rank the top features being requested without having to search for scattered posts. The engineering staff can read the user’s comments and divine the best ways to implement a given request.
  2. By being a part of this master Idea thread, when an Idea comes to fruition and becomes an active feature in the software, Adobe updates this thread. Participants in the thread, those who’ve been merged in and those who have hit the [Me Too] button will be notified by email to updates and feature announcements related to the original request.

You can help us out by doing a few things to make your idea count. First, if you have an idea, search to see if idea is already posted as a formal Idea. If it is, hit the [Me Too] button and if you like add your individual comments to the thread. Second, if you don’t find the idea is already posted, create a new thread and post your idea for a new feature.  Please keep the Ideas as one idea per thread so that we can merge them with the correct master threads if necessary.  We don’t have a way to merge an Idea into multiple threads so if you make multiple feature requests in a single post, it is likely to get lost in the shuffle, lessening its impact.

I’m sorry I didn’t have time to sift through 6 years of unresolved complaints and ignored simple feature requests... Sorry for being grouchy, but like, proper filter logic, cropping by pixels, and and more color labels aren’t exactly major developments and I’m pissed I even had to ask for them.

I Me-Too’d all of the following threads (thanks for your diligence, John) but it doesn’t seem like Adobe will do anything about it. This issue literally wasted hours of my time today and got me yammering about it on the internet. I made a bunch of workaround sets so I’ll get by, but I expect the fully updated version of the industry leading software I pay for to actually work and work well. Sigh....

Peace, Light, and Happy Cropping to you all.
