LIGHTROOOM 4.3: Slideshow User Template Guide Settings Don't Stick

I'm using LR4.3 on a Windows 7 64bit System that is experiencing no other issues.

Preamble: There is a long standing issue with the LR Slideshow module not applying sharpening to the resized images on Export to PDF, JPEG, or Video slideshows. As a workaround I am resizing my images using the standard Export module and applying Screen Low sharpening to the images. I then bring these resized and sharpened images into the LR Slideshow module and use them to create my slideshow.

I am using 1536x1024 resized JPEG images, 1556x1080 output Width & Height, and the following Slideshow module settings

Guides 10, 10, 10, 46, Identity Plate 10% Scale, Text Overlays (defaults)

I am able to use above Guide settings if set manually and the Exported slideshow shows the exact 10, 10, 10, 46 pixel spacing around the image.

The Issue: I have created a Slideshow User Template with the above settings, but on exiting and reopening LR the Guide settings change from 10, 10, 10, 46 to 10, 10, 10, 45. As a test I created ten (10) User templates using different guide settings. Here are the results:

40 39
41 41
42 42
43 43
44 43
45 44
46 45
47 46
48 48
49 49
50 50

This is an obvious bug since the Slideshow Export output functions properly, but the User Template will not maintain certain Guide settings. Additionally, if I select a Guide setting of 47, save it to a Slideshow User Template, exit LR and reopen the Slideshow module, I can obtain and retain the desired 46 guide setting!
