I find the slideshow feature to be almost unusable. It is clunky, slow, and has none of the functionality I enjoyed in Premier Elements 11. It has zero flexibility. Is there anyway I can uninstall this software and get a refund??

Hello Michael,

There is no doubt you bought this program for editing and creating and doing things other than only for a slideshow.  If you needed a slideshow setup, on a search, there would have been a list of programs to use.  One of them being "Ice cream" - do not use that - it does not work.

In Adobe Photoshop elements, indeed the slideshow is only a setup for slides but not a player.  You need to use Windows Media Player to show.   Another Adobe program which sets up a slideshow is Adobe Spark.  Look for it https://spark.adobe.com/.   A free program, this will be much smoother to setup.   If it doesn't work for you as well as you want, Windows Media Player can be used.    In Elements, the slide show never did work well.   It had complaints.   That's why we have Spark now.   Suits me.  I have never had a problem with adapting these combinations.

Happy Computing.
