Photoshop Elements 15: Sky issue

Photoshop Elements 15. I have a photo of a building and when I took the photo, I had a polarizing filter on the lens. I was wearing sunglasses at the time and didn't realize that the filter was the wrong way and now I have a sky which is different colors on the left and the right of the building. I'd like to correct it but can't figure out how. I'm fairly new to elements and would appreciate help getting started. Can anyone guide me through fixing this photo? Thank you. Cynthia K

Hi Cynthia,

Perhaps it would help if you were able to post the image you're having trouble with the sky in so we can see what you're working with?
Here are a few tutorials that might help you select and possibly replace the sky in your image.
Let us know how it goes.
