Elements 10 Organizer problems

Aside from the half hour of patience I used waiting in line for a "live chat," I am irritated that my problem was not resolved in a simple task trying to sign in. All I want to do is edit a jpg file for a CD cover. I started this task over two hours ago. Something is wrong with the application, and it's really not an upgrade problem. Please resolve this issue or refund my money. Thanks.

What is the actual problem you are encountering?
Your message talks about everything but the actual problem preventing you from editing your photo.

The yellow bar that signals the sign-in keeps moving, but nothing happens. When I try to close the window to close the application, the open window with yellow bar that is stuck freezes requiring me to do a force quit on my computer.

Connie Anderson...I changed the password at the suggestion of the agent in a chat room. Also, as a reminder, the application is not on Bruce Anderson's computer. It is on mine. Thanks.

Chris,

I just solved the problem by trying to edit without signing in. It worked! Thanks for putting up with me.

It sounds like you're trying to sign into Photoshop.com - which is gone (you should have received email about that starting in February).
