I've a visual problem to see colors, and in 10 years I don't knew any plugin for the person with difficulty to see or identify colors ... I have a simple idea to clear this problem for the people with daltonism, the simple way to choose colors correctly.

Is a Plugin in box of choose colors, for any products Adobe, easily way to select correct color and variations of her... for now, is just a idea, I'm not programer, and I need someone interested to create this tool.

So, is a social inclusion, expand this name and software of Adobe to people that contain same problem, or another visual

Not exactly the solution you are looking for, but there is a way to choose from the list of official color libraries like Pantone and type in color names manually...

From the color picker dialog box, click the "Color Libraries" button.
The dialog will switch to a sort of list of color swatches... you can type in a color name and get a match.

It's just a small subset of colors, but from there you can go back to the regular color picker and keep the hue value the same, but adjust the brightness and saturation.

Yes my friend, is a simple way to do, but, there are 3 tipes of colorblind, and I'd like to create a solution, the easier the lives of everyone to choose colors and leave the work faster... I will the explain the ideia here, is a cartesian plan, that those who have difficulty seeing  colors, can choose logical and correct way, by numbers or logic as a game of chess or battleships, but in order to choose... would be a new standard color choice, the cartesian to colorblind and visualy impaired, in the same box of colors.

I was interested in the problem you posed and did a little digging around. I found this:
http://www.color-blindness.com/color-...

And I wonder if I couldn't make a panel extension out of that which changed the foreground color when you select a color from that palette...

See: http://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/photoshop.html

Adobe® Photoshop® CC software provides support for individuals who want to create accessible web content. With Photoshop, users can proof images with Color Universal Design (CUD) to ensure that graphical information is conveyed accurately to people with various types of color vision impairment, including people with color blindness. Photoshop can be configured to always add an alt attribute to image elements. Photoshop also allows users to specify alternative text descriptions for image slices.
