problem with Lightroom app

I am having problems with the sign-up process for Lightroom on both Android and iPad.

The app tells me that it sends an e-mail to that I need to confirm before I'll be able to continue the login process. The problem is that I don't receive any mails. I have tried at least 20 times over the last year. I have also look at the mail server logs, and it doesn't seem that adobe's mail server even tries to establish a connection with my mail server. That means that I am certain that the mail hasn't landed in any spam filter since that process can't even begin with having received the mail from you.
