Lightroom Classic: Shutdown Freeze Mac Mojave

My 2018 MacBook Pro (fully loaded top model) shuts down and/or freezes many times while I'm using Lightroom CC Classic 8.0. I have installed Mac OS Mojave 10.14.1 and always immediately install all updates from apple and from adobe. After having spent more than 6 (six!!) hours in total on the phone with apple support - I simply don't wanna take it anymore. Who's to blame? Apple or Adobe? I paid soooooo much money to each of these companies... I expect these tools to work since my income depends on it!

I have had nothing but trouble between Apple and Adobe! As often as not when I run a batch with Lightroom it brings the whole OS down and I have to restore it.

Martin,

I've looked for crash reports in our system using the email address with which you've signed into this forum. I find none. Are you getting the opportunity to submit crash reports? If so are they Adobe dialogs or Mac OS dialogs? 

Are there specific operations which will guarantee a shutdown or a freeze?

It looks like this boiled down to a Wacom driver issue. Martin has contacted Adobe off-forum and reported the matter resolved.
