Having selected a group of images and added a keyword to them I then want see only the deselected images in order to check that I have found all the images that I want to add that keyword. How do you do this please.

Set at Text Filter in the Library Filter where

Keywords >Doesn't Contain> [Type in your Keyword]

Anytime you then add that particular keyword to an image, the filter will hide it.

When you are done, turn the filter off.

In addition to what Rikk said, consider inverting the selection (edit menu) to select all images previously unselected.

Hi Rikk, Your suggestion worked absolutely fine can now achieve what I want and given me an option to explore other ideas, many thanks. (Only been using LR5 a few days, previously Elements for many years.)
Hi Rob, Not had time to check out your suggestion yet, will get to it shortly, many thanks.
Kind regards Clive
