It would be nice to have the SHIFT+click to make an adjustment line. Would also be cool to OPT+click to eyedrop a color from the photo for matching.

You can already make a color selection from the image. When you click on the color icon a color swatch appears. If you click and hold on the swatch, you can drag your cursor out of the color swatch and onto the image where it samples the colors. Releasing your click will select the color.

It would be very useful if the brush tool in Lightroom could be used with the shift key to brush a straight line as you can in Photoshop in either of 2 modes: Click, shift and click to draw a straight line from first point to second point; and Click plus shift and drag to constrain a straight line horizontally or vertically. Basically same behavior as in Photoshop.

PLEASE!!! Do consider adding the Click Start Point - SHIFT - Click End Point combo for drawing straight lines at various angles across an image.

This would be more than a little helpful for HDR in architectural image retouching, to name but one. Thanks.

I cry since years for this basic feature. It's very annoying that Adobe doesn't offer this universal function that is present in thousand softwares. Click, then shift click = trace a line from the first click to the second one. And believe it or not there much more opportunities than to use it in architecture. Imagine: portrait, you have to mask the pleats of clothes: straight lines; objects, cars, etc.

Once again, please add this feature.
