As a former information architect with NASA, I have a lot of experience laying out websites so am very disappointed with your gallery. I have uploaded four videos and I cannot figure out how to view or share them. Why have you made something that should be so easy, so difficult to do?

Hello

Sorry for your difficulty. When you upload photos or video to Photoshop.com, you can share links to individual pieces of content, or you can place content inside albums and share those.

I find it easiest to manage upload, organization, and sharing of content by using Photoshop Express Organizer, which you'll find under Online Tools on the Photoshop.com site.

Are you videos successfully processed for playback after you upload them?

In the online Organizer, your videos can be found in My Library under All Photos and Videos, in the bucket called Everything. You can use ctrl-click or shift-click to select the items you want, and with them selected then click '+' next to Album (or Group Album if you wish to collaborate with others on posting and sharing content). Or just create the album, and then drag-n-drop the items you want into it.

Are you trying to share videos individually, or as part of an album?

When you share individual assets, users that obtain the link to your specific videos and photos should be able to view them if our online service processed them correctly. When you share an album, be sure to decide if you want basic sharing (which requires users obtain the share link to your album), or if you want a publicly visible album, which anyone can see if they discover your personal URL on Photoshop.com
