How do I share photos stored on Revel with family and friends who don't have any social media like Facebook? Used to be easy on Photoshop.com.

Ken,

You can share your photos from Revel a number of ways.

Perhaps the easiest way outside of social media is to create an album of the images you want to share and then share the album with your friends and family using a URL. They can then view the images using any web browser.

From the source panel (The left hand panel that shows your library and albums) Create an album if needed or select an existing album.

In the album view you will see a button with two heads on it. (on the mac it's in the top left on iOS it's on the bottom left) When you tap/click that button you can choose to share the album.

You share the album via a URL that you can email to your friends and family.

I just want to share one photo. How do I do this from the Revel website? Previously simple tasks have become so cumbersome and difficult in Revel.

Mike,
When you share an album with others, you are sending them a link to the album as they will not be able to edit the images. They can view the images in a slide show and download the images.
You could turn off "Allow downloads" so then they are only able to view the images and not download them.
Revel Premium users have the ability to share out libraries with others. The other user will need to have the Revel mac app, Iphone or Ipad Revel app to be able to edit the images. They will have the ability to edit, delete and add images to the library.
