I am usually able to send pictures through an link and then download the pictures from the web. There is no longer a download option. Is there another way to do this or a way to bring this option back.

Michael,
You should be able to control whether the downloads show up via the share settings on https://lightroom.adobe.com (if you select the album that should enable the settings). We don't have a good way to control these settings in our other applications yet though, but it's something on our roadmap. Let me know if that helps.
Cheers,
Alex

Also, it sounds like the default behavior changed in the iOS app so download is no longer enabled by default. This was done to match the behavior on web and the new LrCC app, but since there's not a way to control that setting in the app yet, you'll unfortunately need to go to the web to control that setting until that's updated.

Is there a way to make all my collections downloadable at once or make this option permanent? Before the new update, all my collections were automatically downloadable, I really want to know if there is a feature on Lightroom Classic or Mobile that I can set to do that every time
