Shapes dropdown hides dialogue

If I'm using vector shapes, and I hit the little dropdown arrow next to "Shape:" then I click the arrow in the dropdown to load a shape library, I get the dialogue about Replacing/appending current shapes. Depending on how expanded the Shapes dropdown is, it obscures this dialogue. If the shapes drop down is expanded too much, it completely obscures this dialogue.... Seem like the dialogue should come up over the shapes drop down..

Is this a bug? Does anyone else experience this problem?

This is a known issue on Mac with Photoshop CS5 (it doesn't happen on Windows or in previous versions of Photoshop). It is something that came out of the port to Cocoa. As this becomes a nuisance so rarely, since you have to move and resize dialogs a bit away from default and thus doesn't effect many users, this is not considered a critical issue. Which is why it hasn't been fixed... yet. It is something that we are working on though.
