Photoshop: Setting to create all new layers below

Currently, all new layers are created from bottom to top.

Please add a global setting to reverse the order and make it go from top to bottom.

Ctrl+new layer icon click is not enough, there are lots of other types of layers and ways to create new layers.

You can already do this with the Script Events Manager. Record an action that moves a layer below using the Cmd/Ctrl + [ keyboard shortcut.

Then use an event named "Create Layer" and Descriptive Label as "Mk  ,Lyr " (note the spaces are required):

Enable Events to run, Select the Create Layer Event and the Move Below action, Click (Add) and you should be good to go:
