I am not an Adobe or Identit-E employee, just another user like you, but I have some questions:

What step in the process is failing, and how is the serial-number supposed to be delivered to you? Are you not receiving an e-mail that you expect to see, and that the above-mentioned entities have confirmed they have sent to you? If so then the non-delivery of the e-mail may be out of their control so it's not surprising the situation has not been resolved by talking to them.

I notice that your e-mail address given in your message is from an educational institution. Perhaps something in your institution's e-mail system is interpreting the e-mail with the serial number or link as spam and deleting it without notifying you.

To get around this, there may be spam-control settings you have access to that will relax the deletion of spam e-mails, temporarily, and long enough to see the e-mail you're supposed to be getting.

Alternatively, you might want to associate another e-mail address with your Adobe account so the serial-number can be sent, there, and perhaps not have the same spam-deletion occur, or at least the e-mail goes into a Junk folder that you can examine rather than being deleted without warning. I'm thinking of yahoo.com or hotmail.com or gmail.com e-mail addresses that you can create, yourself, for free.

Both of these methods would require Adobe to resend the e-mail with the serial-number or link to you, again.

If your are getting LR at the educational discount and having an educational institution e-mail is required, then working with your institution's e-mail system administrator may be the only way to resolve the problem, besides buying LR at the school's store if they sell such things.

Can't one just login to the Adobe "My Orders" section, if the SN was requested through Adobe?

Have you gone through this page? https://www.identit-e.com/default/ind...

1. Enter the product code

2. Enter the student, teacher, or faculty member name. If you are not the student, teacher, or faculty member, do not enter your name. Doing so delays processing.

Then fill out the rest of the page and continue through the form till you click Finish.

Let us know if you get it resolved.
