Search facility needed in LightRoom Mobile.

I have 30,000 photos in Lightroom which I intend to transfer onto my iPad. Lightroom encourages the use of keywords, captions etc. and there is a search facility to find photos which match those words.
Although I do use folders and sub-folders, there could be several hundred photos in an individual sub-folder. Once they are in LR Mobile, I need that search facility to "find" them without wasting time scrolling through masses and masses of pictures.
Please include a search facility in the next update of LR Mobile.

Are your photographs organized into Collections before you Sync them with Lr mobile? Or, are they in a single massive collection?

They are in a single massive collection organised (in Lr desktop) via folders and sub-folders).

I signed up for CC today in order to use Lightroom Mobile, but after running into this limitation, I cancelled my subscription. Without being able to search keywords, LR Mobile is basically useless to me.

I put in this suggestion 1 year ago. I'm still waiting. I will not sign up for LR Mobile until this feature is available. Just as Ben Rosengart says, LR Mobile is useless for me too.

I fully support this request. Synology already offers this functionality in its free DS Photo app: within a second it will find the search term in the collection name, filename, description/caption/comment and in tags/keywords.
