Scrolling through presets is bugged

Take any dialog with presets, e.g. curves. If you select any preset you can then scroll through the presets with the mouse wheel and PS will apply each preset as you scroll. Well, almost.

Let's assume we have 6 presets:
1
2
3
4
5
6

If you select 1, PS will apply 1. If you scroll down it will show 2 and PS will apply 2. This goes well until option 6. If you scroll down another time, the preset will jump back to 1, BUT the applied preset is still 6. If you scroll once more down, it will show 2 and apply 2. Now you could scroll up and it will actually display 1 and apply 1.
That's bug #1: If you scroll through such a list, the option after the selection starts over won't be applied. And this happens regardless whether you scroll up or down. Once the lists starts over the selection isn't applied.

Bug #2 is apparent when you select a preset other than 1. If you e.g. select 5 and scroll down, you will get to 6, scroll once more and PS selects 5 again, but still applies 6 due to bug #1. It will never choose any other presets when scrolling down. Only if you scroll up you will get to 4, 3, 2, 1 and then 5 again, but in this direction you won't get preset 6.
This isn't expected behavior of scrolling through lists.

System is current W10 and current PS version. Tested several presets lists and it happened every time.

Looks like bug #1 has been fixed, but not bug #2
