LIGHTROOM - Scrolling in Folder panel slowed down in 6.3??

In former LR versions, with the cursor anywhere on the Library/Folder panel, scrolling with the mouse wheel worked and was fast - necessary for large catalogs with many drives. In 6.3, only the very thin scroll bar does this, requiring getting and maintaining careful positioning of the cursor.

Can this be changed back to "anywhere" scrolling?

I can scroll anywhere within the Lightroom Library Folder's panel. I do not have to be in the scroll bar area.

OS?
Mouse?
Tablet?

Just recreated the problem. It's real and in LR CC 6.3, as I described above. Since you asked: Dell 8300, 12GB RAM, tens of GB of HD space, Targus wireless mouse or wired Dell mouse, fresh normal boot, nothing else running. No other program does this - mouse wheel scrolling works everywhere - and even in LR in other modules, and in other parts of the Library left panel - just not in "Folders" area. Scroll bar OK.

I looked this up in forum and found my own comment "over four years ago" (maybe LR 3?) was the same. It's apparently been fixed over the years, and has reappeared
when I started with LR CC 6.3.

It acts just as described by others years ago. When you switch to Develop (don't have to do anything there) and switch back to Library Grid, scrolling in the Folders panel quits and you have to use the scroll bar - very annoying - slows work way down. There's no way to get normal operation such as going to another module and coming back, etc. Needs attention, please.
