Is there a way while working in Full Screen mode(preferred) to set the menu bar to hide and show on mouse over or with a hotkey? Similarly is there a way to remove Standard Screen mode from the cycle when pressing 'f'?

You can hit Shift + F to cycle directly to full screen and F to cycle back to the current screen mode.

Yes I have made that my solution but I was looking for something a bit better. Working in Full Screen shift+f to switch to with menu then f back to Full Screen works. It would just be nicer to mouse-over( like the left and right docked palettes, although the pull up speed on these is a bit too slow) or even the ability to set a keyboard shortcut to a hotbox menu bar(similar to Autodesk Maya). The option to remove the standard view from the cycle would make the f key ideal because it eliminates the break in the screen if I press f one too many times...
Thank you

I've marked this as a feature request. Let me know if Lightroom's fullscreen mode works the way you envision.
