Photoshop: Scaling causing crashing in CS6

When I select a layer in Photoshop and try to transform by attempting to enter a height or width in the top toolbar, the program will crash and say: "An unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occurred. Photoshop will now exit."

After submitting a crash report, a screen comes up that says:
"Adobe has found a solution or workaround for the recent crash in Adobe Photoshop CS6.

Please click here for further details."

Except, when you click the "here" link. Nothing happens. If you copy the actual html link, the value is "-1" instead of an actual website.

I've had this same computer for a while now and this has been happening daily recently and is really starting to get frustrating. Especially when the "solution" is a link that doesn't work.

Hi Logan,

First, update to the latest version of the app. For Mac that's 13.0.6. You can do that via Help > Updates.

Next, how many fonts and what's the source of them? You might have a corrupt font or corrupt font cache. Check out this doc for details: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/t...

Finally, uh, the latest version of Suitcase Fusion for Mac is 5. The app number is 16.0.2. I don't know the version counting system they're using, but it sounds like your app is REALLY old. That right there might be the problem.

Thanks,
David
